When the homeowners at 4640 Peytonsville Road approached us to sell their property, we knew we knew that a home this special needed a very special marketing plan. Then we were present, as always, at every single showing - we meet with every single agent and potential buyer, and the first thing every single agent said was that they had seen the video and just had to come see the property for themselves.We know when we have a high-end unique home, we can target people in Georgia, California, Illinois, and show them a video of exactly what is remarkable about the property to get them excited before ever laying eyes on the property.
